Chinese Carpet or Chinese Rug is also one of the oldest eastern carpets which is woven in China. 

Long pile carpets of ancient China are regarded as those from Manchuria, Mongolia, Andorra, and Yunnan. Some pile carpets were dated to the Kangxi Dynasty.

In order to give the carpet its unique look, the knots and slits are painted in different designs, patterns, and hues.
